Does anyone use a CB out at the dunes? If so, please let me know what channels are used...thanks

We use them truck to truck when traveling. I think most RV'ers use channel 13.

The lack of responses tells me that cb radio is not being used but thanks for the one response. I am currently in the process of getting a amateur radio license and so maybe those are used more frequently than the cb radio is.

FRS radios are pretty popular out there. We use them to help coorindate things like dinner cooking between rigs in our camp. On busy weekends at Glamis, it can be hard to find a channel that kids aren't playing on.

I have a pair of FRS radios and I find the distance you can talk between radios is not as good as I would like...thanks
