I think technically they are supposed to be on the side towards the rear of a bike, but I made a nice aluminum combo plate that holds my tail light and my green sticker. I assume you mean green sticker, but if you're talking some other state besides CA, I have no clue as to where it SHOULD be.

Green sticker is on the left rear fender well (Per regulations) I Have one of those also :roll:

AZ has an RV plate for OHV's. After January 1st 2009 you'll need to have it mounted on the rear of your machine with a yearly OHV sticker. :wink: I used insulated P clamps for conduit as well as 6mm nuts & bolts. Most hardware stores should have an assortment of clamp sizes to fit your frame various tubing diameters :) Check MVD & AZ Game & Fish for the new OHV registration regulations :idea:
