Can you share this angle with the rest of us? We all have been very much in the dark since all the filings were completed. I remember that. The wording was they wouldn't advocate a ban but they would support it.

I bought into it insofar as it was one of the excuses used. I know the standard was dropped if the closures were made permanent. I didn't know about the funding for the Yuha West Mesa Area . Obviously the OHMVR is as concerned about accountability as the CBD is concerned about actually saving species.

The crowd was large, but smaller by 12,000 than the previous Halloween Weekend. But over here Steve states that the estimate by the BLM for last year was 120,000. And the same thread states that the estimate for this year is 62,000 people. Even my caculator that is low on batteries comes up with 10...
