Re: Oregon Dunes - Winchester Bay - Home Video

The video was great. Just one complaint. It is pronounced Oregun, not Oregon. Just one of my pet peeves. If you want to be able to ride on the beach I know Coos Bay and Florance have open beaches. The dunes at Florance are not that tall though. A trip to "Oregun" is on the bucket list, even have so...

Hello Cathy, I applaud your attitude, we've all had this economy take a toll on us. You could check in the monthly dune trip sections, to see if anyone is planing on being out when you'd like to go. As Mr. Henry said, Tim is a great guy and has helped many people in the past. He goes by the board na...

Ok, I hear you about how the younger generation is having difficulty affording things that their parents or grand parents did. But the numbers don't bear this out. That said, when I first visited Glamis for Thanksgiving in 1968, I'm told the crowd was approximately 25,000. California population was...

If you want to get a really trick setup, you could add one of these:

My buddy is pretty handy with a welder and put one on his last buggy, worked great and allowed for easy and safe adjustment.

It sounds like the spring plates are setup too tight. As in, the torsion bars are preloaded and don't allow for travel. You are probably going to have to remove them and take some of the torsion preload off. Just be careful, they can come off with a somewhat violent reaction. Here is a pretty good w...
