Flying to Japan tomorrow to monitor the radiation. Not very happy about that. That crap is getting crazy. Of course we do not even have a return date. I am a little worried. Radiation can be some really bad stuff.

:^o OOoops :oops: I am thinking I am wrong about the 98 CR head gasket. That was for reed valves. I saw somewhere 90-92 was the correct year, not sure. I would call a builder like ESR or Triumph Motorsports out of Corona. Those guys always treat me well.

So what about the truck battery? Is the RV battery going into the truck? I don't think I have the room for 4 sixes. The hydrolic jack is right in the middle between the two sixes. Maybe I would turn them longways?

Well the t stat install was very fast and easy. If you don't have a digital t stat I reccommmend it. Its easy and works great plus it looks so much newer. If the genny hasn't been run for awhile, I would not expect to see much gas in the line. It evaporates over time. SOMETIMES, if it's been a REALLY LONG time, (like 10+ months) it turns into varnish. Its got plenty of gas and my wallet is less plenty of cash. :shock: Do you think 60 gallons will get it over the 1/4 mark? :wink:

So if I took off the gas tank lid I could apply some compressed air right to the fuel line and shoot out whatever obstruction is there?

And it continues.......went to fire up the genny and well it didn't start. Sounded like it was not getting fuel so I pulled the fuel line and it was dry as a bone. :roll: Yep no fuel. Took the starter off and it tested out well at Kragens and Autozone. Now it is time to bypass the kill switch. I checked the switch and it was clean. Traced the wires back to the starter and it has a solenoid sitting right on top of it. It has started fine for years with no problems or signs of it dying. I don't want to go and buy a starter and that not be the problem because people don't like to take return...
