The Dunesport tires have a flatter profile on the paddle cup that helps the rear of the car slide more which in effect helps turning. That is why those funco boys run them.

The way I mounted my radiator was we built a tray for the radiator to sit in and then a plate that captures the top of it. It still allows for chasis flex which is good. Yes, the hole is usually in the back by the doghouse. On some regulators they put a groove down the set screw so pressure/air can escape. I had to do both.

934's look just like 930's except bigger. They are commonly reffered to as 934.5's or 935's as well I believe the next size up from 934 would be the series 30.

Regarding your glare problem, that is why most race cars will mount the light bar forward of the windshield or in the middle of the roof. That glare can get nasty.
